The daytime staff and a night watchman ensure reception is open 24 hours a day.
Quels sont les transports à faible impact environnemental me permettant d'accéder à l'hôtel ?   
Vous pouvez  accéder à l'hôtel en un quart d'heure à pied à partir de la gare TGV. La navette (L5) est aussi à votre disposition pour vous déposer à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Enfin, Lourdes fait partie du réseau Flixbus et Ouibus.
